Shall i say, what a day?
okay so something unusual happened today.
I got out the house and it was quiet, peaceful, nice and sunny, and the streets were empty.
I was in shock..like umm where did everyone just go. oh and did i menshin that i didnt go to school today which even made it better?..well i didnt get to sleep in so that was a bit of a bummer.
anyways, people were so friendly. I helped this old lady who lives on my block cross the street and had a convo with her. I stopped and thought to myself, wtf just happened? one of the ladies even offered to hold the door for the old woman and she didn’t even know her. oh and while i was in culver city, this lady who was walking her dog said good morning to me. I was like mann i wish it was like this more in my neighborhood and everyday! Shoot, it seriously makes you a happier person.
But what can we say, i mean everyones so stressed and caught up in this mess livin in america we don’t even remember to smile.
I just realized, this is how life should be.
From now on, ima try to smile more often…TRY cuz i know it might not happen.
